Element:Electricity. (Sky believes Lightning sounds much wimpier than Electricity)
Abilities:
Velocity: Almost always there, Velocity is a shield of electricity which wraps about Sky.It can stop most physical and magical attacks, but anything fast and strong enough can easily blow through the weak shield and get a clean attack on him.When weakened and in danger,or even when angered, the once yellow electricity goes red, defending Sky from much stronger attack, the shield capable of stopping a bullet on the spot.Also, when red, the range of the shield spreads, meaning it isn't exactly on him like normal.

Rip:Sky's suicide attack, which blows out his hand for some time.Residing in his right hand, he channels all the electricity he can into his right hand.Four circles form about his arm, the biggest being a foot wide in diameter.The smallest just barely wrapping about his wrist.As the rings glow, the explode and fade, leaving billions of dagger shaped manifestations of electricity, allowing Sky to launch all billion in in a weaker, yet quicker beam, or stab the daggers into his hand, which cover his hand in a black 'soot' which causes his hand to go immobile for hours after, and launch a beam a good two feet wide.Sky is also capable of firing simple, small beams which don't do much, but if enough hit a target, Sky can paralyze him/her.

Weapon:
Red Queen - By using the Exceed technique to rev the handle on the Red Queen, Sky can cause it to spray a flammable liquid over the blade, increasing the range and inflicted damage of its attacks, or for certain techniques change their performance entirely.



Blue Rose - Sky's personally designed long ranged weapon. The Blue Rose is a unique over under barrel style revolver, this design allows it to fire two magnum rounds with each pull of the trigger.The Blue Rose seems to be a heavily modified Smith and Wesson Model 500 pistol.Among the modifications the gun has are rear sight likely for precision shooting, a six-shot cylinder rather than the five-shot, and the obvious extra barrel allowing for a double shot. The cylinder has also been modified to release on the right to reload rather than the usual left for convenience, as Sky shoots with his left hand. The gun also has a molded wooden grip and an intricate rose design carved into the gun (hence the name). Each barrel also has a muzzle brake to reduce recoil as well. The gun is also likely a double-action revolver, as Sky isn't seen pulling the hammer for every shot.



Devil Bringer - A pair of personally designed close ranged weapons.The Devil Bringer is a pair of black, clawed gloves, the claws made out of a strange metallic material which can absorb dead organic matter and add onto the claws.The tip of the claws are painted a neon green color.The part of the gloves which rest upon the wrist is a broad almost guard like thing which has millions upon millions of holes.The holes take in air, spin it rapidly, and release it in the form of sound.He can create millions of frequencies of sound with this such as white noise, pink noise(which is deadlier than white noise..), and many more.
